CHURCH LUNCH THIS MORNING

We will be sharing lunch together after the service this morning. Please stay and eat with us, even if you have not brought any food with you. Church is not just about the service, it is about the people, and this a great opportunity to get to know the others in your church.

MISSION OFFERING THIS MORNING

We will be taking up a retiring offering today to support world mission.

EVANGELISTIC STRATEGY MEETING ON AUGUST 3

After the church service on August 3 there will be a meeting open to any regular ANPC attenders to discuss the role of our church in evangelism. Simon will present the strategy proposed by the elders for discussion with the aim of making ANPC more effective in reaching the non-Christian world. If you are passionate about evangelism or are interested in hearing more, please bring your lunch and plan to come along on August 3.

YANCHEP BEACH MISSION

Yes, it’s on again! Planning is underway for the Yanchep family festival, happening from the 3rd to the 10th of January 2009. Many from our sister churches help out with this event. If you are interested in knowing more, please see the insert to the bulletin and intend to go to the first meeting on August 10.

STAMPS FOR LEPROSY MISSION

What do you do with the envelopes you receive in the mail when they are empty? Throw them away? Put them to better use – donate the used stamps to the leprosy mission! You can place old envelopes with stamps on them into the marked box near the windows at the back of the church hall. If you do tear off the stamps, remember there needs to be a border of 1 centimeter all around the stamp. For more information, please speak to Jan or Heather.

PERTH WOMEN’S CONVENTION

The Perth Women’s Convention is a one day conference for women of all ages aimed at encouraging and building up women through the faithful teaching of God’s Word. This year’s conference is entitled ‘Snapshots from the Kingdom’ and will include 3 Bible talks by Maxine Cook on Matthew’s gospel. There are registration forms available on the table near the door.
